Is your firm licensed and insured?

Yes. We are a CPA-certified Canadian accounting firm with the necessary liability insurance coverage.

How much do you charge?

It depends. Our monthly plan price differs from $500 to $15,000. As we work with many organizations of different sizes, our rates vary depending on complexity, urgency, size and the services you'll need.

Will I be charged for asking questions through email, outside of our scheduled meetings?

No, ATZ will not bill you for such questions. We fully understand that clients will have questions outside of any scheduled meetings and we would be happy to answer them.

How long will the first meeting take, and what is the cost?

The initial consultation will usually take about 45 minutes to 1 hour, and will be complimentary.

What is cloud-based accounting and online bookkeeping?

Cloud Accounting and Online Bookkeeping are modern approaches to managing financial records and accounting tasks using internet-based solutions.

Do you have any restrictions on where your clients are located?

No. As a cloud-based accounting firm, we do not have any restrictions on where our clients are located. We can efficiently serve clients regardless of their geographical location.
